¡ I like this cake a lot! My favorite food is passion fruit cheesecake, and if it's a dessert, I have a greater preference for sweet things than savory. This dessert can be made in several ways but the base never changes which is milk and cookies, I am lactose intolerant so I use ingredients without milk or lactose, the first step is to grind the cookies and add butter to form the base of the cake and put it in a removable mold, for the filling, beat the cream cheese with condensed milk, then add the gelatin already hydrated and melted in the microwave.then stir everything you have to pour the filling into the base, place in the refrigerator for two hours. Finally for the topping Boil the passion fruit pulp. If it has seeds, blend it a little and then strain it. Place the passion fruit pulp, sugar and water in a pot.Place on the cake and ready to eat.
