  ¡ I like this cake a lot! My favorite food is passion fruit cheesecake, and if it's a dessert, I have a greater preference for sweet things than savory. This dessert can be made in several ways but the base never changes which is milk and cookies, I am lactose intolerant so I use ingredients without milk or lactose, the first step is to grind the cookies and add butter to form the base of the cake and put it in a removable mold, for the filling, beat the cream cheese with condensed milk, then add the gelatin already hydrated and melted in the microwave.then stir everything you have to pour the filling into the base, place in the refrigerator for two hours.   Finally for the topping Boil the passion fruit pulp. If it has seeds, blend it a little and then strain it. Place the passion fruit pulp, sugar and water in a pot.Place on the cake and ready to eat.   'A typical day at home' The most important piece of technology for me is the computer because I can be connected to all social networks, other media and entertainment at the same time. My present computer is relatively new, I bought it at the beginning of the academic year, but I have had a computer since I entered high school because I had more responsibility. The principal use is to do academic work for the university, but I also keep other platforms open such as spotify, whatsapp, discord, zoom, etc. I use my computer every day with no absences as I have online classes during the week and on the weekend I use it for entertainment or to do college work. I truly like the computer because I can have multiple applications open, the display size is better than a phone, more storage, I have more convenience for studying, it would really be a hardship if I didn't have a computer it limits me in academic work to do, decreases internet accessibility and connectivity with the on...
